How a term works

One hour a day. Each session brings a directive from the city's services, a decision to make, and a measured result. A term is scored on approval, infrastructure, environment and innovation, inside a real budget, and every mayor's work adds to Kokopo's own record on the Board of Mayors. Cities lift each other: there is no losing city.
